To position Walton Gas as the approachable, community-focused alternative to the “Big Gas” players, we developed a refreshed advertising strategy for 2025, built on two key creative elements that were built to connect with three core audience personas.
By focusing on storytelling that felt genuine, local, and personal, Walton Gas successfully evolved its advertising strategy to better connect with customers and reinforce its position as the natural gas provider that truly cares about the communities it serves.

Animated Micro Ads
We introduced a new look and feel for animated micro ads designed to be highly targeted to specific audience demographics. These short, engaging videos use a friendly, illustrative style that feels relatable and welcoming. Their focus is to showcase how Walton Gas integrates into their customers every day lives. This animation approach allowed Walton Gas to tailor its messaging for various customer segments, ensuring greater relevance and engagement. The development of these animated micro ads began with initial moodboards, style frame developments, storyboards and finally into fully developed motion videos.
