Last updated November 2, 2026
This policy explains what information Between Pixels, LLC (“Between Pixels,” “we,” “us”) collects when you use betweenpixels.com (the “site”), how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. We serve clients in the United States, and the site is operated from the United States and intended for visitors here. If you visit from elsewhere, your information will be processed in the United States.
Information we collect
Information you give us
- Contact form. Your name, email address, phone number (if you provide it), and the message you write.
- Guide requests. The details you enter on a form to receive one of our guides, such as your name and email address.
- Newsletter. Your email address when you sign up in the site footer.
Information collected automatically
- Usage information, such as the pages you view, links you click, videos you play, the page you came from, your approximate location, and your browser and device type. See “Cookies and analytics” below for how this works and what you can control.
- Technical logs. Our hosting provider records standard server information, such as IP address, request time and the page requested, to keep the site running and secure.
How we use information
- To respond to your inquiry and discuss working together.
- To send you the guide or newsletter you asked for, and to manage our email list.
- To understand which content is useful and to improve the site.
- To keep the site secure, prevent spam and abuse, and fix problems.
- To meet legal obligations.
Cookies and analytics
We use Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics to measure how the site is used. We apply Google Consent Mode, which means analytics storage and advertising storage are off until you choose:
- Before you choose, we only collect anonymous, cookie-free usage signals.
- If you select “Accept analytics,” analytics cookies and identifiers are turned on so we can measure visits over time.
- If you select “Decline optional,” we do not load our analytics tools or send usage events.
Your choice is saved in your browser so we do not ask again. You can change it at any time with the “Privacy preferences” link in the site footer, and you can also clear cookies and site data in your browser settings.
Our forms, provided by HubSpot, and embedded videos, provided by Vimeo, may also set their own cookies or similar technologies as described in those companies’ policies. We ask Vimeo not to track viewers of videos on our site where that option is available.
Who we share information with
We do not share your information except with service providers that help us run the site and our business, and where the law requires it:
- HubSpot receives and stores contact, guide and newsletter form submissions and manages our email communications.
- Google (Tag Manager, Analytics and reCAPTCHA) processes usage information as described above, and reCAPTCHA checks that form submissions come from people rather than bots. reCAPTCHA may collect device and browser information, and Google’s own privacy policy applies to it.
- Vimeo delivers the videos you play on the site.
- Supabase hosts our database and file storage, which hold copies of form and newsletter submissions and the site’s content.
- Railway hosts the site.
These providers may only use your information to provide services to us. We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights and safety, or in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of our business.
How long we keep information
We keep information only as long as we need it for the purposes above, including to follow up on inquiries, maintain our email list until you unsubscribe, and meet legal, tax or accounting requirements. Then we delete or anonymize it.
Your choices and rights
- Email. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. You can also email us to opt out.
- Analytics. Change your choice any time with “Privacy preferences” in the footer.
- Access, correction and deletion. You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Depending on the state where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws, such as the right to know, to delete, to correct and to opt out of certain uses. Email us and we will respond as the law requires.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, including encrypted connections to the site and access controls on our systems. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
The site is intended for business visitors and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Links to other sites
The site links to other websites and social media pages, such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Vimeo and TikTok. We are not responsible for their privacy practices, so please read their policies.
