In addition to their market dominance, Camden Property Trust is consistently recognized by Fortune as a “100 Best” Company to work for. They care deeply about their culture and understand the value of their story.  Based in Houston, they are designers, managers, and maintainers of the best multifamily communities in the country. What started with a small request for an event video has developed into a strong content marketing partnership, and we’ve had the opportunity to help with content strategy and production across multiple divisions.


Camden reached out after seeing some of our work at an event and realized that they found someone who could help tell their story with creativity, intention and purpose. The first need was to help “level up” their upcoming event, which we did through a package of content and consulting that included videos to help celebrate their success, reinforce their brand, set a vision for the next chapter of the company, and entertain the attendees.

After working with our team, our relationship quickly grew into a successful and trusted partnership beyond events. We’ve created content for their events, launched a video-based training program for their staff (using our proprietary LMS), and even had the opportunity to create a documentary that tells their 30-year story as a company. At any given moment, we’re likely to be working on a number of projects in support of their mission.

Event Content

Our partnership started with the production of content to celebrate, engage, and inspire their 1600+ employees when they gather at major company events. We helped consult them on how to best use content, and have produced story-driven content, interviews, interstitial content, branding, and more.

The Camden Documentary

Camden was approaching their 30th year in business, and they asked us to tell their story. To the right is a cutdown of the 30-minute feature.

Corporate Training & Education Program

With thousands of employees around the country, Camden needed to develop an online training that would get the right training content in front of the right people. And it needed to be good enough for people to want to participate, and scalable enough to grow with them. They decided to license our OnBoardU training platform, which included production of over 20 online training modules with premium video training content.

Recruiting Campaigns

Camden needs great people to deliver on their brand promise. We worked with their HR team to reach and connect with candidates, using the stories of their current employees to set a vision for recruits.
